Where client projects involve custom deliverables, ownership of those specific deliverables shall be governed by the individual service agreement or contract in place between Void Nepal and the client.
5. Payments & Billing
- • Payments shall be made according to the terms agreed in individual contracts or proposals.
- • Late payments may result in service suspension or project delays.
- • Fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the specific agreement.
- • Applicable taxes and levies remain the responsibility of the client.
- • We reserve the right to revise pricing for future services with reasonable notice.
- • Disputed invoices must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Void Nepal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
While we strive to maintain reliable, high-quality services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
Our total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Void Nepal in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Void Nepal reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if a user breaches these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Any outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable after termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
9. Changes to Terms
Void Nepal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify users via email or a prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
